Software features
SPC energy design and management software is software based on a powerful and advanced system builder that can be developed at all levels of the organization following the existing processes and methods in the organization. This software in the field of energy management has two systems and technical parts to cover all the requirements of the ISO 50001 standard, which is explained below about the capabilities of each part.
1- Capabilities of the system section
This section was created in order to control documents and records, register non-conformities, audit information and manage defined system processes. One of the main advantages of this section is the coverage of other related standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001) and IMS in general.
The different parts of this part and some keys features of each are as follows
1-1- Control of documents and records
· The possibility of introducing documents and maintaining files of different editions of each document
· Ability to define access rights for each document
· Ability to define groups of documents for ease of searching
· The possibility of issuing requests to create, delete or change documents by users and in the context of automatic processes
· The ability to search and view the latest revision of documents based on the access rights of users
· The possibility of using the documents and documents in other parts of the software and updating the documents of other systems based on the latest changes in the documents.
1-2- Energy Audit
· Viewing the full information of the standards (list of standards, their clauses, and questions related to each clause) and the possibility of using them in the intelligent extraction of the audit checklist.
· The possibility of recording observations of audits
· Providing periodic audit programs by software and announcing the program to users
· Issuance of action for each of the audit observations by the software
· The possibility of determining the necessary measures to eliminate non-conformances or audit suggestions along with the person in charge of follow-up and implementation according to corrective and preventive measures.
· Ability to perform various evaluations (audit evaluation, audit process, etc.) intelligently
1-3- Corrective, preventive action
• The possibility of collecting suggestions and criticisms and observations of users in the form of corrective, preventive measures and opportunities for improvement
• The possibility of using the cause-and-effect diagram to find the root of non-conformities
• The possibility of inserting work methods by specific users and viewing organizational approved solutions for any non-compliance
• The possibility of determining the person responsible for follow-up and component activities along with the schedule for each action
• The possibility of determining the schedule for evaluating the effectiveness of measures
• Announcing the status of actions in all stages including issuance, follow-up, implementation, and evaluation to related users by the software for timely follow-up of actions
1-4- Management of processes
• The possibility of defining organizational processes, process identification, and their indicators
• The possibility of targeting and planning the monitoring of the indicators of each process in different periods of time and determining the person responsible for monitoring
• Announcing the deadline for monitoring and analyzing the indicators to the relevant official through the software
• Displaying the latest status of quality goals in a grid
• The possibility of recording analysis results and issuing corrective and preventive measures for each index monitoring period
1-5- Management review
· The possibility of recording the records of issues raised and decisions made in the management review
· Issuing actions for each of the approved actions and programs
· The possibility of determining the necessary measures along with the person in charge of follow-up and implementation according to corrective and preventive measures
2- Capabilities of the technical department
· Ability to communicate with EnergyBIS software, to collect energy consumption information online from measurement systems
· Possibility of integration with DCS systems
· Ability to record, analyze and monitor energy bill data
· The possibility of registering, analyzing, and monitoring the energy carriers produced in the unit
· Ability to record, analyze and monitor unit energy costs
· The possibility of registering the information of all energy consumers of the organization
· Analyzing, categorizing, and identifying the obvious uses of energy
· The possibility of recording, analyzing, and monitoring the organization's energy indicators and drawing CuSum curves (cumulative sum control chart)
· The place to define and measure the effectiveness of micro and macro goals
· Defining and prioritizing energy-saving solutions based on the Analytical Hierarchy Model (AHP)
· Defining the specification of measuring equipment and monitoring calibration records
· The possibility of defining energy systems operation control methods
· Performing economic analysis based on dynamic methods
· Management and control of improvement projects
· Ability to define energy performance indicators at different organizational levels up to equipment level with the ability to define technical details
