 SUSTAINABLE SPACE CONCEPT (SPC) INC. aims to establish itself as a leading sustainable architecture design consultancy in Canada. The company offers high-quality software and related consulting services. To achieve this, SPC will regularly introduce new concepts through both software and in-person consultations. The company is committed to the ongoing education of its employees, drawing on the experience of the Applicant and Mr. Mohammad Ahmadi. This will enable SPC to provide expert advice to clients seeking sustainable solutions for their projects. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION SPC SOFTWARE
 Most graduates of Architecture and Energy Analysis programs are familiar with software related to their field, such as EnergyPlus, HOMER, and CFD. Many have also worked with more advanced tools like Revit. Familiarity with new tools is crucial because it enables professionals to use their capabilities in a timely and accurate manner to advance project goals. This is the path defined by building information modeling (BIM) implementation for each project.
After the introduction of BIM technology to the construction industry worldwide, the guidelines and methods for defining and progressing design and construction projects changed. When defining project goals, the BIM or BIM Manager determines the responsibilities of the team and each team member. To ensure that the project progresses in the right direction, expert personnel are needed in every field. This highlights the importance of having BIM technicians in different fields. Additionally, due to criteria for building sustainability and reducing fossil fuel consumption, building analysis is now performed at the early stages of design.
The purpose of SPC software is to integrate energy-focused design principles with BIM technology in design projects.
